Foundations Care has a commitment to the protection of CYP. Child protection legislation in the different states within which we operate outlines a set of clear expectation that the safety, welfare and well-being of the child or young person are paramount. Foundations Care Ltd operates under a specified Practice Framework based on an inherent underlying philosophy of safe, effective service practice for all service users including children and young people. The Practice Framework is based on a commitment to fundamental human rights and is a compulsory module of induction and competency for all staff (including carers).

- All children and young people have the right to live in safe environments where they are supported to achieve their full potential.
- Foundations Care Ltd will adhere to the standards of Child Safe practice as defined per state of operation when providing services to children and young people who cannot safely live with their parents and/or whom receive services from the Company in NSW
