Foundations Care provides safe, out-of-home placement for children and young people, who can not live at home because their family can no longer look after them or they may be at risk of harm.

Foster Carers are needed in Perth, Northern NSW and QLD.

We recruit, assess, train and support foster and kinship carers for children and young people who require out-of-home care.

We recruit, assess, train and support foster and kinship carers for children and young people in out-of- home care who require therapeutic support for complex and extreme levels of needs. This may include challenging behaviours and or disabilities.

We provide an out-of-home care option for children and young people with multiple and complex needs. The group home is facilitated by Foundations Care staff and is aimed at actively facilitating healing and recovery from the effects of abuse, neglect and separation from family.

We are an extension of our foster carer’s family. While always maintaining professionalism, we are an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on and mouth to advocate on our carers behalf.
