Foundations Care is a national organisation that really understands the reality of foster care and what is needed to make the experience a rewarding one for both the foster child and the foster family.
We recruit, assess, train and support foster and kinship carers for children who can not live at home because their family can no longer look after them or they may be at risk of harm.
We also offer therapeutic residential out-of-home care options for children and young people with multiple and complex needs. This is aimed at actively facilitating healing and recovery from the effects of abuse, neglect and separation from family. It is done in a group home setting, facilitated by Foundations Care staff.
We are always looking for carers to join the Foundation’s Care family, and open their hearts and homes to a child who is in need of care and support.
If you would like to find out more about how you can become a foster carer for a young person in need, please contact one of our dedicated team members at Foundation’s Care on 1300 395 005.
Your care and support, long or short term could create profound change in the life of a child.
